Is my deposit refundable? What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of group bookings; we do not offer refunds for any payments other than the initial deposit. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance through our partner, ALLIANZ
The process of securing everything for these trips starts as soon as people start to place deposits. The payment plans allow travelers a more convenient way to pay for our trips and allows us to source the correct amount of inventory along the way. For this reason we cannot be flexible with refunds on any payments aside from the initial deposit.
Payment Plans
Requests to cancel made within 30 days or before the 1st scheduled payment date, whichever comes last, are eligible for a full refund (This only applies for your initial deposit payment)
Requests to cancel must be made in writing before the scheduled automatic payment is withdrawn. Requests made after the payment are not eligible for refund
Any payments made prior to the cancellation request are 100% non-refundable (Unless it's the initial deposit mentioned above)
Important: No refunds will be issued within 90 days of the departure date for the trip. Bookings made within 90 days of the trip must be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase to be eligible for a refund
Paid in Full Orders:
Full refund will be granted for requests made within 30 days of the booking
