    How do I cancel my trip?

    You sure you want to cancel? Any hotel or flight inventory we were holding for you will be released and you won't be able to get the same low price if you decide to re-book later

    Cancellations to bookings can be made at any time. Please see the information below regarding refunds for cancelled bookings

    Due to the nature of group bookings; we do not offer refunds for any payments other than the initial deposit. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance through our partner, ALLIANZ

    Refunds:

    Payment Plans

    Requests to cancel made within 30 days or before the 1st scheduled payment date, whichever comes last, are eligible for a full refund (This only applies for your initial deposit payment)

    Requests to cancel must be made in writing before the scheduled automatic payment is withdrawn. Requests made after the payment are not eligible for refund

    Any payments made prior to the cancellation request are 100% non-refundable (Unless it's the initial deposit mentioned above)

    Important: Bookings made within 90 days of the trip must be cancelled within 24 hours of the purchase to be eligible for a refund


    Paid in Full Orders:

    Full refund will be granted for requests made within 30 days of the booking
    Request must be made in writing using the Contact Support button below
