My booking was cancelled and the amount I paid is non-refundable. What can I do?

Use what you've paid so far towards a future trip. Don't lose out on the money you spent!

All payments towards your booking are non-refundable.
(Unless it's your initial deposit which is refundable if you cancel within 30 days of your booking and more than 90 days from the event).

Due to the nature of large group bookings we cannot be flexible when it comes to refunds on our trips. We know plans change and many times having to cancel is completely out of your control. Rather than the money you spent go to waste, we're making it so you can use that as a credit towards a future trip 😎

Contact us today to see what is is possible. We have trips all year round including Spring Break, Vegas Weekenders, College Football weekenders and Ski Trips!

    The (not-so) fine print:

    • Your credit amount is subject to fees based on third-party carrier/service provider restrictions.

What does that mean? Basically if you cancelled within 90 days of the event there can be a fee (up to $250) for cancelling your flight/hotel portion of the trip. This will be deducted from your credit.

Also, within 35 days of the event we cannot cancel the flight portion of the trip. This portion is not eligible for credit. Contact our support team for details.
