How can I access my child's account?
We understand how important it is to know what your child is signed up for with us, and we’re happy to discuss general details about the trip your child may have booked.
However, if you would like any specifics regarding your child’s order, we recommend reaching out to your child for those details.
We take our traveler’s account privacy very seriously and will not share their account information with anyone besides them without their consent.
To receive access to this information, you will need to be listed as your child’s Emergency Contact and your child will need to send us the following information:
1.) Parent's first and last name
2.) Parent's email address
3.) Parent's phone number
4.) Statement of approval to release information
Once we receive that information, we’ll be happy to speak to and share details about your child’s trip with you from there.
As a disclaimer: All requests to change or cancel an order will need to come from the traveler themselves. We do not accept change or cancel requests from third-party.
