How do I finalize my room?

Once you have booked your order, you can create a room by adding your friends!

To get your room set up on travel.juscollege.com:

    1. Login to your account - https://travel.juscollege.com/profile/login
    2. Go to the section under "My Trips" (left hand side)
    3. Select "Trip Rooming" (if you're booked under two trips, make sure you select Labor Day Weekend)

    4. Click Request A Room Type or Roommate Change (green button at the bottom)

    5. Select your occupancy (remember all rooms are priced as 4/room, if you choose less, be advised that pricing will change accordingly & the fee will be added to their balance)

    6. Click "Yes I know who my roommates are"

    7. Enter roommates full legal names + email addresses that were used to sign up

    8. Submit rooming selection

To get your room set up on home.juscollege.com:

Talk to your friends and designate a Room Leader. Please make sure your Room Leader is of age to check into the hotel (different each event); they will be the person to check your group into the hotel. Do not become a room leader without talking to your roommates first.

The room leader will be the ONLY one to follow the steps below:

Step 1 - Room Leader will login to http://juscollege.com/my-profile
Step 2 - Room Leader will go to their profile and find the "EVENT NAME ROOM INCOMPLETE" and click on the tab.

Step 4 - Room Leader will click on BECOME ROOM LEADER.

Step 5 - Room Leader will SEARCH and INVITE the rest of the roommates by email or full name. For security purposes, roommates must ACCEPT the invitations within 24 hours.

Step 6 - Only after the roommates have ALL accepted their invitations, will the room be finalized.

Reminder: Travelers are responsible for filling their room to occupancy. If the room is not filled to occupancy, the group will be responsible for the remaining balance of the room's cost.
