COVID-19 FAQ's and Updates
Updated: March 25, 2020
We are closely monitoring the health and safety of our destinations around the world, using local government reports, the CDC, and the US Department of State as guides in making calculated decisions for the collective benefit of everyone involved in our trips. Please note that most of your payments go directly to our suppliers (Hotels, flights, etc), so it is in partnership with them that we are creating postponement and refund solutions. We are doing everything we can to ensure your health and safety abroad, and that of others as we are in the midst of peak Spring Break season.
This is a quickly evolving situation and we are grateful for your continued patience. We are committed to building solutions that connect people and provide safety and security for our community while sustaining our love of adventure. We look forward to being a part of your next big getaway when that time is appropriate.

Spring Break got postponed, now what?
Based on recent developments concerning COVID-19, your Spring Break trip is being postponed until a later date in 2020. Rest assured that your original package inclusions still apply and that we're looking forward to providing you with an amazing experience (please note the artists, hotels or venues may be different). We will be sending out new trip details as soon as possible when we have more visibility into domestic and global travel conditions.
What if I can’t attend the future Spring Break event?
We understand that some of you may not be able to make the new trip date and we will also be providing details on any partial refunds or credits that we will be able to offer you if you can't make the new trip date.
If I am eligible for a refund, when can I expect it?
We are working with our vendors to try and get as many concessions as possible to pass onto you. Our goal is to have clear refund and credit options within 14 days. We also advise you to talk to your travel insurers regarding potential refunds. We appreciate that this situation is frustrating and we're doing our best to support you, our customer. We will send key updates via email. We thank you for your cooperation and patience during this time.
Why am I not able to get a 100% refund?
As our vendors receive the vast majority of your purchase price, the amount of refunds and credits is dependent on our vendors’ willingness to provide such refunds and credits. Our business is based on our relationship with our travelers so know that our team will work day and night to recover as much as possible for you if you are unable to attend.
If I am issued a credit, can I transfer it to another student?
We are working closely with our vendors to issue credits which will be held in the original traveler's name. Because the credits are in your name, we are unable to accommodate a transfer between travelers.
Is Memorial Day Weekend 2020 in Las Vegas still happening?
The trip is still scheduled but due to the uncertainty around Covid-19, we've pushed any payments until April 15th, 2020. Should the event not occur, we will offer partial refunds depending on when you cancel your trip. If you cancel your trip at least 45 days prior to the trip date (before Tuesday, April 7th), you will be refunded 70% of the total amount you've paid. If you cancel your trip less than 45 days prior to the trip date (anytime after April 7th), you can apply 100% of the total amount you paid towards a different Vegas trip in the future, including the postponed Memorial Day Weekend trip.

My Fall Break payment is due, what should I do?
We have decided to postpone the April 15th installment payment for the Fall Break 2020 trip to Las Vegas. Fall Break 2020 customers will NOT be charged a 20% payment on April 15th. The April 15th payment will be moved to May 15th.
If I book now, what happens if my event gets canceled?
We recommend you book today to secure your spot. Due to uncertainty of COVID-19 and its impacts on travel, we are only requiring a $10 deposit, and extending the window for the first payment to six weeks from when your initial $10 deposit is made. As always, we recommend travel insurance to guard against any personal travel changes or future uncertainties. Allianz, our travel insurance provider recommends purchasing travel insurance at the time of your first payment but it can be acquired anytime until you travel. You can find the Allianz FAQs here and downloadable one-sheets with key information and rates here. To purchase, visit Allianztravelinsurance.com.
